Anniversary Adventures in Spain & Switzerland

Exploring Culture, Cuisine, and Candid Moments with My Love

For our anniversary this year, we took a journey that was both personal and unforgettable, we traveled to Spain, my husband’s motherland. From the moment we landed, it felt like magic. And to make the moment even more special, we captured our first steps through Madrid with a stunning photo shoot that felt like it came right out of a dream.

Our First Moments in Madrid

We kicked off our trip with a photo session that documented our authentic reactions as we wandered through the heart of the city: Gran Vía, Plaza Cibeles, the Four Seasons area, Plaza Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza de la Villa, and the Royal Palace. Every smile, every glance, it was all beautifully captured. A huge shoutout to Marina, our photographer, who made the experience unforgettable. She was warm, professional, and truly passionate about her work. In my opinion, she’s the best photographer in Europe. Don’t take my word for it, check out her Instagram: @shooting_for_emotions

Madrid: A City That Feels Like Home

One of the things I loved most about Madrid was its walkability. Most of the iconic sights were within minutes of each other, making it easy to explore the city without needing transportation.

Where We Stayed

We booked a cozy and stylish Airbnb in the city:
